    Director of Foreign Affairs and Secretary for the Head of Guangzhou Ballet since March 1999;

    Office Director of Guangzhou Ballet since March 2001;

    Assistant to the Head of Guangzhou Ballet since March 2005;

    Deputy General Manager of Guangzhou Ballet Culture and Arts Co., Ltd. from December 2009 to June 2019;

    Secretary of the Party Branch of CPC of Guangzhou Ballet Culture and Arts Co., Ltd. from November 2011 to June 2019;

    Chairman of the Board and Secretary of the Party Branch of CPC of Guangzhou Acrobatic Arts Theater Co.,Ltd. from June 2019 to present;

    From 2013 to 2016, Zhang Yi was in charge of the construction of the Small Theater at Guangzhou Ballet, which won the 2018 Los Angeles Excellent Architecture Award.

    As the founder of “Ballet on Shoulder”, Wu Zhengdan never forgets the responsibilities and mission of literary and artistic workers, constantly improves her artistic accomplishment, and strives to continue the development of "Ballet on Shoulder", a stunt created by the Chinese.  Not only has she broken the Guinness World Record of "standing by single foot toe on head and rotating for 4 rounds" set by herself, she has also trained three groups of excellent “Ballet on Shoulder” successors.  In 2014, she was fortunate to be selected as one of the 72 representatives to participate in the symposium on literary and art work chaired by President Xi Jinping and was cordially received by His Excellency.  Though having achieved so much, she never stops moving forward.  She has not only completed the study of the Royal Academy of Dance and become a registered teacher of ballet in the Royal Academy of Dance, but also completed the courses of EMBA, striving to become an all-round talent on arts and management.  After retiring from the Soldiers Acrobatic Troupe of Guangzhou Military Region, she has been hired as the General Manager and Artistic Director of the Guangzhou Acrobatic Arts Theater since April 2019.  In early 2020, she led the theater team to participate in the 41st "Le Cirque de Demain” International Circus Festival in France and won the Presidential Award of the French Republic.

    Xu Juan

    Deputy General Manager, National First-Class Director

    Graduating from the Choreography Department of Beijing Dance Academy, Xu Juan’s main acrobatic works are: “Golden Aspirations – Ball Feat” (gold medal and choreographer award at the 5th National Acrobatics Competition of Golden Lion Awards;  “Chinese Dolls – Diablo” (silver medal and choreography award at the 4th National Acrobatics Competition for Youths of Golden Lion Awards);  “Sunshine Girls – Gymnastic Acrobatics” (gold medal and choreography award at the 6th National Acrobatics Competition for Youths of Golden Lion Awards, also the Silver Clown Award at the 29th Monte Carlo International Circus Festival);  “Golden Aspirations  – Ball Feat” (Silver Clown Award at the 31st Monte Carlo International Circus Festival);  “Heroic Boy – Slack Wire Acts” (gold prize at the 5th Moscow International Youths Circus Festival and silver prize at the 6th National Acrobatics Competition for Youths of Golden Lion Awards);  "Gymnastics on Vertically Moving Slack Wire" (Golden Clown Award at the 32nd Monte Carlo International Circus Festival);  large - scale acrobatic drama “Journey to the West” (the 12th Wenhua Grand Prize, Wenhua Choreography Award, and One of the Top Ten Stage Art Masterpieces of China).

    Zhao Junfang

    Graduating from the Choreography Department of Beijing Dance Academy, Zhao Junfang was the choreographer of acrobatic theme shows: “The Five Elements”, “Modern Dreams – Ghost Stories from a Chinese Studio”, “Heroic Boys”, acrobatic drama “Journey to the West”, and large-scale martial-art acrobatic drama "The Legendary Swordsman",among which the large-scale acrobatic drama “Journey to the West” participated in The 8th China Art Festival and won the 12th Wenhua Grand Prize, Wenhua Choreography Award, as well as Award as One of the Top Ten Stage Art Masterpieces of China.  Also she played a key role in the following big events: choreographer of the gala show "Beyond Dreams" in the Closing Ceremony of the 9th National Games; executive director of the awards gala of the 27th China Drama Festival of Plums Blossom Awards; director for awards ceremony gala of the 2nd Guangzhou International City Innovation Awards; general director of the closing and awards ceremony gala of the 9th National Music Festival of Golden Bell Awards; director of the Spring Festival Gala of Guangdong Satellite TV; director of the program of "Picturesque China" of CCTV Spring Festival Gala; general director of the pop concert “The Coming Back of Theresa Teng” played by Chinese musical instruments; general director of the hospitality dinner gala named "Wind of the Flowers City" at Guangzhou Tower for the 2017 Guangzhou "Fortune Global Forum”; executive coordinator of the gala "Flowers Blossom a New Era" in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the reform and opening up of Guangdong province; general director of the closing ceremony gala "Listen to Flowers Blossom" of the Xinghai International Music Season 2018; and general director of the closing dinner gala at Guangzhou Tower of “Understanding China" Guangzhou International Conference; general director of the gala performance for the launching ceremony of "Welcome to Guangzhou" series activities.
